These Terms of Service (Terms) outline the agreement between you and The Body Recovery, operating under the laws of Arizona state, with its primary location at 2928 N 70th St. suite E, Scottsdale, AZ 85251. Throughout this document, "The Body Recovery," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the service provider. Please read these Terms carefully and ensure you understand them. By using our platform and services (collectively referred to as the "Service"), you agree to abide by these Terms.

The platform facilitates the connection between practitioners and clients, acting as a hub for wellness-related content and services.

Who May Use the Service?

Age requirements to use The Body Recovery Services, you must be at least 18 years old. Minors may use the Service and access specific features if authorized by a parent or legal guardian.

Permission by Parent or Guardian is required if you are under 18. Upon booking, you affirm that you have obtained permission from your parent or legal guardian to use the Service, and they have read and agreed to these Terms.

If you represent a business or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to enter into this Agreement on behalf of the entity.

Your Use of the Service

The content on The Body Recovery includes information, services, equipment, and materials provided by practitioners and The Body Recovery. Content responsibility lies with the contributor, and The Body Recovery is not obligated to host or serve any content that violates these Terms.

To access certain features, you may need to create a The Body Recovery account. Protect your account credentials and refrain from sharing your password with third parties. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data.

Permissions and Restrictions

You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. However, you must not:

• Violate the Terms or applicable laws.

• Attempt to interfere with the Service's functionality or security features.

Practitioners may upload content to promote their services. Uploaded content must comply with these Terms and legal requirements. Users are responsible for their submitted content.

You grant The Body Recovery and other users a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the content in connection with the Service.

The Body Recovery has the right to monetize content on the platform, which may include displaying ads or charging user fees. This Agreement does not entitle users to payments unless specified otherwise.

Account Suspension and Termination The Body Recovery reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for breaches of this Agreement or legal requirements.

About Software in the Service

Users are granted a personal, non-exclusive license for downloadable software provided by The Body Recovery, solely for using the Service.

Other Legal Terms

Warranty Disclaimer: Except as expressly stated, The Body Recovery provides the Service "as is" and makes no specific commitments or warranties about its content, features, or accuracy.

Limitation of Liability: The Body Recovery, its affiliates, and associated parties are not liable for certain losses or damages arising from errors, interruptions, unauthorized access, or content issues. Our total liability is limited to the greater of revenue paid to you or $500.

Indemnity: Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold The Body Recovery and its affiliates harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from their use of the Service.

Third-Party Links: The Body Recovery is not responsible for third-party websites or services linked to the platform.

About this Agreement

The Body Recovery may update these Terms to reflect changes in services or legal requirements. Users will receive advance notice of material changes.

Certain terms, including "Other Legal Terms," "About This Agreement," and licenses granted, continue to apply after the termination of service.

If any term is unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of other terms.

Failure to enforce a term does not waive rights to do so later.

Interpretation in these terms, "include" or "including" means "including but not limited to."

Governing Law Claims arising from or related to these terms are governed by Maricopa County law and litigated in Arizona State courts.

Limitation on Legal Action Any cause of action must commence within one year.
